Overview

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of grounds, including lawns, fields, pathways, and parking lots, ensuring they are well-kept and presentable.

In Short

• Mow lawns using hand or power mowers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience as a groundskeeper.
• Familiarity with grounds maintenance for large facilities.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Multi-skill knowledge in landscaping and equipment operation.
• Completion of an accredited apprentice program is a plus.
• Understanding of work task priorities.
