EHS Manager - Remote

Overview

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of compliance and performance.

In Short

• Create and lead EH&S programs across the US.
• Communicate C&W’s safety culture effectively.
• Evaluate and manage risk exposure and corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs for safe work practices and training.
• Coordinate inspections by regulatory agencies.
• Review accidents and conduct field audits.
• Support Workers Compensation claims management.
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Participate in site inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain online safety training platform.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Safety, Engineering or related sciences preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred.
• Expertise in EHS and US Standards.
• Well-versed in OH&S legislation and regulations.
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Investigative and auditing skills with formal training.
