To meet the increasing demands in the IT regulatory environment, a Senior Expert in IT Regulation & IT Compliance is sought. You will be the central contact person for IT regulation and have the opportunity to not only analyze regulatory requirements but also actively implement them in the bank, thus sustainably shaping IT compliance.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with regulatory IT requirements (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA) within the bank.
• Develop practical IT compliance measures and adjust existing processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with departments to integrate regulatory requirements into existing IT structures.
• Manage and monitor IT processes.
• Train and advise employees on IT regulatory topics.
• Regularly analyze new regulatory developments and derive appropriate measures for the company.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, IT security, or comparable; alternatively, completed training with IT relevance and relevant professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in IT regulation, IT governance, or IT compliance, ideally in the banking or insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness to convey and implement regulatory requirements understandably.
• Independent and structured working style with a high service and team orientation.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
