As a Lead Software Developer/Product Owner, you will lead the development of the Data Manager product, bringing strong technical skills and a passion for team leadership and product management. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving product development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in object-oriented programming.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience leading software projects.
• Proficient in Java 8+ and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux is a plus.
• Experience working with Data Engineering/DevOps teams is a plus.
