Overview

This freelance role is for 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day (flexible scheduling in consultation with the team) from Monday to Friday. We are looking for a fantastic veterinary nurse or veterinarian to join our Customer Love team. You will work from home and help ensure our four-legged friends stay healthy and happy. Your main task is to talk to Butternut Box customers and provide expert advice on health and nutrition. Occasionally, you will speak with our other freelance veterinarians.

In Short

• Provide expert advice to customers about their pets' health and nutrition.
• Conduct video calls and phone consultations with customers.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and resolve health issues.

Requirements

• Registered veterinary nurse or veterinarian assistant or veterinarian.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in pet nutrition.
• Ability to provide a great customer experience during consultations.
• Empathetic with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Passion for dogs.
• Available for 10 hours per week.

Benefits

• Veterinary nurse: €15 to €18 per hour depending on relevant work experience.
• Veterinarian: €20 per hour.
