In Short

• Format, edit, and proofread press releases quickly and accurately.
• Code releases based on client requests and suggest beneficial distribution circuits.
• Contact clients to resolve issues related to press releases.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely handling.
• Assist with client inquiries and guide them through the submission process.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of Business Wire products and services.
• Authorize credit card payments when necessary.
• Run and submit daily distribution reports.
