In Short

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process: from screening to interviews to hiring.
• Develop and implement new strategies for attracting volunteer talent.
• Build and maintain a strong network for talent acquisition.
• Support and advise our volunteer members on HR-related issues.
• Optimize and digitize internal HR processes.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with operational regulations, policies, and frameworks.
• Close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and the Executive Board to implement the recruiting and growth strategy.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Practical experience in building and scaling recruiting processes (end-to-end), preferably in dynamic or decentralized structures.
• Knowledge and/or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry (e.g., staffing, personnel consulting, employee leasing, RPO).
• Proficient in interviews and selection methods.
• High social competence, empathy, and communication skills – especially when dealing with volunteers.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to work remotely and flexibly in a volunteer capacity.
