Overview

We’re looking for a freelance Growth Marketing Consultant to help us build a full inbound lead generation engine, from ads to automation.

In Short

• Build and optimize lead generation funnels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Set up a CRM or email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Create automations from ads → landing page → email nurture → booked call.
• Develop reporting dashboards and tracking systems.
• Advise on SEO and landing page optimization for conversion.
• Document workflows and train our team for a smooth handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience building growth systems for B2B or service businesses.
• Hands-on expertise with ad platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to track, test, and optimize funnels.
• Self-starter who can deliver a complete, well-documented setup within 2–3 weeks.
