  • Maintain high performance standards and metrics.
  • Fluent in Dutch is required.
  • 1-3 years of technical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases like SQL Server is a plus.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
  • 1+ year experience in software support is preferred.
  • Experience in a B2C or B2B environment is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SQL Server is advantageous.
