• We’re hiring a Supply Product Support Analyst to join our Supply team.
• Ensure our inventory across lodging, air, and car rentals is accurate and reliable.
• Triage and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support onboarding and optimization of API connections.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Build and maintain documentation and dashboards.
• Analyze processes for improvement opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, product ops, QA, or DevOps.
• Confident with APIs and data interpretation.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as technical support, product ops, QA, or DevOps.
• Experience with APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and GraphQL.
• Ability to create metrics dashboards or reports.
• Skilled in writing internal documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving instincts and a proactive mindset.
