Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation at Andrew Pickett Law, where we fight for real people and secure justice.

• Manage personal injury litigation from intake through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and handle all aspects of trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team.
• Negotiate settlements and oversee post-settlement processes.
• Support litigation department KPIs and performance goals.
• Stay current on legal research and case documentation best practices.
• Flexible work environment with remote options and travel support.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida.
• 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong legal writing, courtroom, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with a distributed team.
