Pre-Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury - Remote

Speaks Law Firm is seeking an experienced NC licensed Attorney to join our well-established nationally recognized firm. Our firm is deeply committed to client advocacy, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every case we manage. This job can be conducted in our Charlotte or Wilmington office locations and remote/hybrid work will be considered.

In Short

• Accountable for medical oversight performed by case managers and negotiating claims.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Utilize best strategies for negotiations and mentor case managers.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to maximize outcomes.
• Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of the owner or manager.

Requirements

• Must have two (2) plus years of personal injury experience.
• Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association.
• Active member of SC Bar Association a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
• Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and public speaking skills required.
