Family Law Paralegal - Remote

Overview

This is a remote, full-time position for an experienced bilingual Spanish-English Family Law Paralegal who will support a solo attorney and a new bilingual Associate Attorney in handling family law cases.

• Support litigation and out-of-court divorce and mediation cases
• Draft and manage family law documents
• Screen potential client calls and lead initial consults
• Translate for attorneys and clients
• Coordinate and schedule consults and court hearings
• Maintain attorney calendars and manage deadlines
• Manage billing and invoicing processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal in family law
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proactive and organized
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with legal software, Clio and Lawmatics preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work occasional outside business hours
