Requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity services or SaaS operations.
• 3+ years in a senior operational leadership role.
• In-depth technical understanding of pentesting.
• Experience deploying AI/ML capabilities.
• Certifications such as CREST, OSCP, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Strong grasp of pen test lifecycle and customer needs.
• Data-driven and customer-obsessed.
