Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to optimise and enhance our client’s business operations.

In Short

• Customise and optimise the NetSuite platform to improve functionality and usability.
• Develop and implement detailed reporting solutions for actionable business insights.
• Create and manage custom fields, records, workflows, and scripts.
• Oversee the setup and configuration of new entities within NetSuite.
• Lead the migration of financial data from MYOB to NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Train team members to maximise NetSuite’s capabilities.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are maintained.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in NetSuite administration.
• Strong expertise in developing reports and workflows.
• Experience leading data migration projects.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with the Australian market is an advantage.
• A degree in Information Technology or Accounting is a bonus.
