NetSuite Administrator - Remote

Overview

The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with the Head of internal system and the team to maintain, administer, and enhance the NetSuite platform, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets the needs of users across the organization.

• Manage and continuously improve the internal ERP (NetSuite) system.
• Analyse user requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop and implement solutions using NetSuite tools, SuiteScript, and HTML.
• Test solutions rigorously for functionality and reliability.
• Integrate systems using APIs and platforms like Azure and ServiceNow.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Apply best practices for NetSuite SuiteScript development.
• Support the organization’s scaling needs through problem-solving.
• Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Theoretical and practical expertise in application administration.
• Administer and maintain software applications across multiple systems.
• Use workflow engines and JavaScript effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with third-party providers.
• Participate in implementation projects with knowledge of SuiteScript.
• Stay up-to-date with current IT practices and standards.
• Familiarity with PHP, cXML, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and MySQL is desirable.
