We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of AWS cloud-based services. This role involves optimizing resources, managing costs, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud operations.

In Short

Ensure high availability and performance of AWS services.
Manage incident response and perform root cause analysis.
Conduct security testing and support compliance efforts.
Automate system processes using scripts and tools.
Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with development and security teams.
Document operational processes and improve efficiency.
Manage relationships with AWS vendors and service providers.
Provide strategic input on hardware/software needs.
Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.

Requirements

BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field.
2-4 years in CloudOps or related roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS services and automation tools.
Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
Ability to optimize resources and manage cloud expenditures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
