Overview

BryceTech is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.

• Collect, organize, and analyze metrics related to communication and marketing strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings.
• Complete analyses on communication metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with communications teams to recommend data-driven adjustments.
• Conduct research using user feedback to understand stakeholder needs.
• Utilize analytical tools and trending visualizations for strategic communication.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of data through auditing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in communications or marketing.
• Proficient in communications analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and engagement analyses.
• Experienced in creating statistical analysis and data visualizations.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Secret clearance required.
