Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project for a leading Canadian mining corporation with major operations across Latin America. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for blue-collar positions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
