Cybersecurity Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a key role in expanding Brookfield Property’s information security program, responsible for threat remediation and improving security processes.

• Work with the security engineering team to remediate threats.
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes.
• Hunt for emerging threats.
• Maintain a portfolio of security tools.
• Review security incidents and escalate security events.
• Monitor and support security tools.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams.

• Communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Security or 3 years in IT.
• Understanding of security architecture and networking concepts.
• Experience in major incident response efforts.
• Knowledge of forensics techniques.
• Experience with Windows, networking, or audit logs.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies.
• Security+, CySA+, or equivalent certifications.
