In Short

• Lead the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Entity Audit for CMS.
• Coordinate management of all work performed under the contract.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Government on contract issues.
• Develop and execute the Project Management Plan.
• Manage project staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Advise CMS on contract administration issues.
• Provide quality assurance on audit reports.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding of personnel.
• Safeguard sensitive healthcare information.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years managing Federal and/or State contracts.
• Experience managing multi-year federal engagements in healthcare compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills with senior federal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Commitment to serve in the Key Personnel role for the full period of performance.
• Ability to obtain required CMS security clearances.
