Brillio is seeking a Zuora CPQ Technical Architect to design, implement, and optimize Zuora CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions with a strong focus on client satisfaction and innovative digital adoption.

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration experience.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Lead the design and architecture of Zuora CPQ implementations.
• Hands-on development and customization of Zuora CPQ solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Optimize QTC workflows and lead data migration efforts.
• Work closely with offshore and onshore teams for project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong integration skills with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of QTC processes and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Zuora and Salesforce certifications preferred.
