Overview

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – Transformation is responsible for building and delivering scalable, insightful dashboards and reports that provide transparency into Transformation initiatives.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Build scalable data models integrating inputs from various systems.
• Automate recurring reports for efficiency in governance reporting.
• Deliver dashboards tracking transformation health metrics.
• Provide advanced data analysis and visual storytelling.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Support testing and readiness reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for integrated risk and issue data.
• Enable governance forums with real-time insights.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
