Clinical Sourcer - Remote

Overview

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Clinical Sourcer (Contract, Full-Time) to support our growing Talent team. This individual will play a key role in building and nurturing top-of-funnel pipelines to support hiring across our growing clinical teams, including psychologists, therapists, and clinical leadership roles.

In Short

• Proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Cultivate and maintain pipelines of qualified, mission-aligned candidates.
• Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on role priorities.
• Use Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and other sourcing tools.
• Provide real-time feedback about market conditions and candidate concerns.
• Focus on high-impact roles including Psychologists and Clinic Directors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and converting passive candidates.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
• Passion for mental health and Brightline’s mission.

Benefits

• Full-time, contract position with 40 hours/week.
• Compensation of $35–$50/hour, depending on experience.
