In Short

• Analyse healthcare data to support cost-of-care, reimbursement, and medical economics decisions.
• Partner with business and clinical teams to deliver insights that improve financial and clinical outcomes.
• Analyse claims, provider, member, and encounter data.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and cost drivers; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support medical economics initiatives (MLR, QAI, ROI, pricing).
• Present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and guide junior analysts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Power BI knowledge (DAX, Power Pivot).
• Knowledge of DRG, APC, EAPG payment methodologies.
• Managed Care / Medical Economics experience.
