Overview

As the Head of Threat Management, you will lead Bridgewater’s threat detection and response functions, managing a team of engineers across different levels while coordinating with other security teams. This senior leadership role involves guiding a high-performing team in maintaining and augmenting threat management operations while maintaining integration with broader initiatives across Security and Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security.
• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on security operations.
• Deep expertise in network security and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with an understanding of evolving threats.
