In Short

• Processing ongoing financial accounting
• Conducting and controlling payment runs, accounts payable lists, and VAT pre-registrations
• Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements, profit determinations, and income surplus statements
• Contributing to the preparation of business and personal tax returns
• Communicating with clients, tax authorities, and social insurance carriers
• Accompanying tax audits
• Supporting digitalization and process optimization within the firm
• Optional: Preparing payroll and social security notifications

Requirements

• Trained tax clerk, tax specialist, financial economist, or equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in a tax consulting/auditing environment
• Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and tax law
• Familiarity with Addison ASP, One-Click, and Docuware is desirable but not mandatory
• Fluent German language skills (at least B2)
• Familiarity with digital workflows and openness to modern tax office software
• Independent and structured working style with a love for teamwork
• Strong communication skills in dealing with clients and colleagues
