Overview

The HR Project Manager will lead transformation projects within the HR department, focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and modernization of HR operations.

• Manage strategic HR projects with a focus on digitalization and organizational development.
• Modernize the HR system landscape, including SAP HCM and DATEV.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Social, or Labor Sciences, preferably with HR or Project Management focus.
• Several years of experience in HR with an emphasis on project work and digitalization.
• Experience with HR systems (SAP HCM, DATEV) and awareness of technological trends.
• Solid knowledge in project and change management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented work style.
• Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus.
