Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at BrickBrands, your main responsibility is to ensure the protection of the brands on all forms of social media, managing customers' queries and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Respond to potential customers via chat, email, or direct messages.
  • Monitor and engage with content across social media platforms.
  • Filter discussions and mentions of the client across various platforms.
  • Identify online communication, whether text or meme.
  • Understand brand policies to analyze information effectively.
  • Ensure safety of the brand and online community.
  • Stay updated with social media trends in the beauty industry.
  • Maintain communication with project manager and CSM.
  • Perform other necessary tasks.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam.
  • General knowledge of social media platforms.
  • A good working home environment with stable internet.
  • Experience in content moderation, marketing, or social media management.
  • Experience in social media and customer service is a plus.
  • Interest in the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
