Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for users in App Stores, responding to customer queries and providing support about the client’s products while ensuring a positive brand presence.

In Short

  • Actively monitor and engage with customer reviews and queries.
  • Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and app store reviews.
  • Identify trends in customer communications.
  • Moderate reviews and comments on client platforms.
  • Analyze user feedback for informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with clients to maintain safe app communities.
  • Maintain regular communication with your manager.
  • Address public and private customer care issues.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam.
  • Must be at C1 or C2 level in German; B2 level also considered.
  • Must understand nuances in German.
  • Fluent in English.
  • General knowledge of social media platforms.
  • A good working home environment with stable internet.
  • Customer service skills with experience in non-voice accounts.
  • Experience as a content moderator is a plus.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday.
