Associate Director - Corporate Finance - Healthcare Transaction Advisory - Remote

Overview

The BRG Transaction Advisory practice is seeking to add professionals due to client and market opportunities and demand. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a team-oriented environment on a diverse range of transaction advisory assignments. Articulating findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transaction and key value drivers are critical components for this position.

In Short

• Support day-to-day activities of Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams.
• Demonstrate project delegation, supervision, and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with TA and BRG experts and client contacts.
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Participate in marketing, client pitches, and practice development.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
• Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of prior work experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage processes and staff.
• Interest in the Healthcare field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently on smaller transactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% when needed.
