• Join the Product team at Brevo in Paris as a UX Ops.
• Contribute to team efficiency and satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of UX expertises and design processes.
• Experience with workflows via Make or Zapier.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Dovetail.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics software is a plus.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working as a UX/design OPS or Product OPS.
• Strong knowledge of UX expertises and design processes.
• Expertise in setting up workflows via Make or Zapier.
• Strong knowledge of design tools stack (Figma, Dovetail, Maze, Fullstory).
• Experience with product analytics software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and share ideas.
• Eager to learn from colleagues and experiences.
• Result-oriented with a belief in incremental progress.
