Overview

The Lead QA Specialist will help shape the future of clinical quality and compliance at Brellium, focusing on behavioral health and partnering with various teams to enhance documentation accuracy and compliance.

In Short

  • Establish and uphold QA standards for behavioral health customers.
  • Review provider documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Analyze audit data to identify quality trends.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to align AI insights with standards.
  • Serve as the primary clinical quality liaison with customers.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Translate clinical needs into operational requirements.
  • 5+ years of behavioral health experience required.
  • Expertise in quality assurance and compliance needed.
  • Experience with health tech and AI solutions is a plus.

Requirements

  • Licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) preferred.
  • Deep expertise in QA, compliance, or utilization review.
  • Strong understanding of payer and accreditation standards.
  • Experience in designing QA programs.
  • Comfort with health tech and AI solutions.
  • Collaborative and motivated by impact.
