Clinical Specialist - Behavioral Health - Remote

In Short

• Full-time Clinical Specialist position, 100% remote.
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm ET.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques with patients.
• Complete paperwork and case notes accurately and timely.
• Facilitate linkage to services and resources.
• Conduct outbound calls for patient support.
• Assess patient safety and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with peer support teams.
• Complete assessments for patient overflow.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Strong direct patient contact skills.
• Ability to manage high volume and deadlines.
• Knowledge of DSM 5 terminology.
• Experience in crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Resourceful and good problem solver.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to become peer certified.
