Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and solutions-oriented Customer Service professional to support Bread Alone’s customers across phone, email, and online channels. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, entering wholesale customers' orders and PO’s, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Document and track customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Resolve order issues and delivery problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Provide accurate information on products and policies.
  • Identify recurring issues to improve customer experience.
  • Support seasonal outreach and proactive communication.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused tone.
  • Follow quality and food safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service or support experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with email, Slack, Google Suite, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Respect for a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Willingness to work consistently throughout the year.
