Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Collaborative designer with strong communication skills.
• Evidence-based decision maker through user research.
• Ability to contextualize problems in user journeys.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
• Experience in shipping high impact features.
• Experience with SaaS products on web and mobile.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating design decisions supported by insights.
• Growth-oriented individual contributor.
