In Short

• Join Braze’s In-App Messaging team as a Product Designer.
• Work on all aspects of user experience with a focus on in-app messaging.

Requirements

• Experience in product design, particularly in complex applications.
• Strong prototyping skills and evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
• Portfolio demonstrating design decisions supported by user insights.
• Experience with SaaS products on web and mobile.
• Prior experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
• Advanced degree in HCI, interaction design, or service design is preferred.
