Overview

Bravium is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Engagement Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Lead successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM implementations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as primary contact for clients.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping and proposal development.
• Provide ongoing governance and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in management/project management.
• Minimum 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to establish working relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
