• Responsible for software configuration and customization in ServiceNow.
• Work closely with IT and Business teams to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
• Implement ServiceNow customizations including Client Scripts, UI policies, and Business Rules.
• 5+ years experience with ITSM tools and ServiceNow development.
• Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML.
• Generate detailed documentation.
• US Citizenship required.
• Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundations and ServiceNow certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting ITSM tools.
• 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development.
• 5+ years with programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML.
• Ability to generate detailed documentation.
• US Citizenship required.
