In Short

• Lead workshops to capture requirements, map current vs. future-state processes, and define business outcomes.
• Translate needs into ServiceNow functional designs, partnering with architects and developers.
• Support pre-sales by contributing to proposals, demos, and SOW estimates.
• Drive project delivery—managing requirements, UAT, and adoption activities to ensure value realization.
• Leverage Bravium accelerators and AI tools to increase client impact.
• Mentor junior staff and promote consulting best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in process consulting or business analysis, with direct ServiceNow project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.); CSA required, additional certifications a plus.
• Solid grounding in ITIL and process design; experience with Agile delivery preferred.
• Skilled facilitator with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work in pre-sales contexts and explain business value to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry certifications desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
