In Short

• Work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality configurations and integrations.
• Implement enhancements for CMDB, SAM, and HAM.
• Build custom applications, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead integrations with various systems.
• Support upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• 5+ years of development experience with ServiceNow.
• Required certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS.
• Proficient in scripting and development, especially JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL Certification.
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
