Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to be part of the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization, focusing on designing and developing core ServiceNow capabilities.

In Short

• Design and develop enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on development projects.
• Develop custom portal pages, modules, and API integrations.
• Participate in ServiceNow administration, including upgrades and updates.
• Provide technical recommendations based on experience.
• Exercise judgment in methods and techniques for project success.
• Ensure logical conversion of product requirements into systems solutions.
• Maintain expertise in industry standards and best practices.
• Work under documented Project Implementation Plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow products.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with web hosted applications and relevant technologies.
• Experience in designing IT and Non-IT related workflows.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Current Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications preferred.
• Experience with web services integration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery products is a plus.
