In Short

• Lead the development effort within the workstream.
• Recommend technical designs and develop solutions for complex user stories.
• Assign user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators.
• Provide guidance to ensure quality output.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications required.
• Proficient in scripting and development such as JavaScript.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow development.
