In Short

• Oversee daily accounting functions
• Lead the monthly close process
• Handle journal entries, revenue recognition, and expense reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure accurate reporting to FP&A
• Maintain internal controls
• Support payroll and compliance
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits
• Improve accounting processes for efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior in-house accounting experience
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience managing external auditor relationships
• Familiarity with Netsuite or similar software
• Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS/Payroll systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Effective communicator
