Global Finance Business Partner/Financial Planning + Analysis - Remote

Overview

This role will be the finance partner for a number of our large, critical global clients, requiring excellent financial oversight and leadership. The role will oversee forecasting and reporting at a global level, focusing on the interpretation of results and identifying value-added workstreams needed to improve business results.

In Short

• Act as a true finance business partner to client leadership teams.
• Conduct monthly and weekly reviews of forecasts and actuals.
• Work closely with local finance teams globally.
• Ownership of complex business planning models.
• Preparation of monthly Client Board Packs and Commentary.
• Presentation of results and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities and trends for client performance improvement.
• Support implementations of new market rollouts.
• Drive process improvements and monitor control environments.
• Work on ad-hoc analysis and projects supporting client growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience.
• Previous experience of finance partnering at a senior level.
• Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to instill confidence in senior leadership and finance departments.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with strong relationship-building ability.
• Clear and concise communicator to all levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
• Pro-active self-starter operating with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills.
