In Short

• Lead the underwriting and product strategy for Branch’s Personal Lines.
• Drive profitability and growth through innovative product and underwriting tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pricing, and Claims.
• Manage the P&L and ensure compliance with regulatory entities.
• Utilize data analytics to inform underwriting performance and business insights.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Personal Lines Product and Underwriting plan.
• Stay updated on market trends and guide strategic decisions.
• Build strong internal processes for effective product management.
• Model thought leadership across the organization.
• Work in a fully remote team environment with occasional in-person gatherings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines underwriting and product management.
• Expert knowledge of P&C insurance underwriting and risk management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence across the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic organizations.
