The Accounting Advisory Supervisor at BPM will manage accounting services for ultra high-net worth individuals and family clients, providing comprehensive financial and business advisory services.

• Manage accounting services for ultra high-net worth individuals and family clients.
• Assist in month-end close, including A/P, A/R, and financial statement preparation.
• Partner with senior consultants on ERP implementation needs.
• Support managers on private company management and compilation reports.
• Collaborate with the tax department for federal and state tax returns.
• Participate in special projects for client growth and learning.
• Work with a talented team of investment, legal, audit, and tax experts.
• Provide innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.
• Engage with multiple clients and projects concurrently.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• CPA or CPA in progress.
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a client-facing role.
• Experience in family-owned businesses or wealth management accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting packages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Knowledge of GAAP preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Exposure to real-estate closings is beneficial.
