• Support the People & Culture team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
• Prepare employment documents and manage correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with employee inquiries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Perform reporting and data analysis using Excel.
• Manage internal transfers and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training.
• Support resolution of employee issues.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Interest in employment law and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Personable and empathetic demeanor.
