Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Target.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Experience working with tag management systems.
• Web development experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
