As a Customer Care Specialist at Bosscat, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional service to homeowners and broker partners while embodying a customer-first culture.

  • Be the first responder to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen and assess customer needs to offer empowering solutions.
  • Create trust-based customer relationships.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions for follow-up.

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat.
  • Active listening and ability to communicate solutions.
  • Energetic and positive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred.
  • Residential real estate sales experience preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Good energy and professionalism prioritized over experience.
